At Sixty.

The walk out of town could have felt a trek,

but at that time of evening, six o'clock,

there were young ladies aplenty striding homeward,

many outstripping steady old me

on their pumping haunches,

all buttocks firing,

my gaze latching on

to those juggling gluteals,

towing me along.
