Midmorning Nap In The Life Of A Cat.

Sunshine lights the garden,

the wind plays in the trees,

and in among the bushes

pussy is curled up fast asleep,

not bothered by anything,

just deeply dreaming,

dreaming of sleeping

by a sunlit garden

to the scent of the soil

and the drone of the bees

and the whispering leaves

and all is perfect ease.
